摄食不同饵料对草鱼肠道菌群影响的研究

【摘要】 对草鱼摄食人工配合饲料和紫背浮萍后其肠道内好氧和兼性厌氧细菌的数量和组成进行了研究。将摄食后的草鱼分别于3、6、12、24、48和72h取样,对其前、中、后肠内的细菌数量和组成进行了分析。结果发现:摄食前,草鱼肠道中的细菌数量为105cfu/g~106cfu/g,摄食人工配合饲料和紫背浮萍后,细菌数量呈现先增加(达到106cfu/g~108cfu/g)后减少的趋势。人工配合饲料和紫背浮萍中的细菌数量分别为104cfu/g和106cfu/g。摄食后,肠道菌群的组成发生变化,其组成与人工配合饲料或紫背浮萍相似。饵料中的菌群在摄食后48h内可以影响草鱼的肠道中的菌群的数量及组成。

【Abstract】 The composition and number of aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria in the intestine of grass carp ( Ctenopharyngodon idellus ) fed with artificially formulated food or duckweed ( Spirodela polyrhiza ) were studied. The fish were sampled 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours after being fed with food and the bacterial composition and number in the fore, mid and the hindgut were examined. It was found that the intestinal bacterial number of the fish before feeding ranged from 10 5 cfug to 10 6 cfug while that of the fish after feeding presented an increasethendecrease trend. The bacterial numbers in the artificially formulated food and duckweed were 10 4 cfug and 10 6 cfug respectively. The intestinal microflora changed after feeding and the bacterial composition resembled that in the diets. It was concluded that the microflora in the diets affected the intestinal microflora within 48 hours after feeding.
