离心式微粉分级机分级性能的研究
A Study on Classifying Property with Centrifugal Powder Classifier
【摘要】 从分析分级机叶槽中气体流动规律出发,推导出分级粒径计算公式,在对所导出公式进行分析的基础上,指出了结构设计和实际运行所应把握的要点.通过滑石微粉工业生产试验,取得了D90≤2μm且产率140kg/h的较为满意的结果.
【Abstract】 Cut sizes are deduced based on the gas flow principle in classifier blading. On the basis of the deduced formula, the structure design and its dey points in practical application are indicated. A satisfactory result is obtained showing D 90 ≤2μm and yield=140kg/h through the industrial testing of talcum powder.
