气升式反应器中红豆杉细胞培养动力学的研究
The Research on Taxus Cell Suspension Culture and Metabolic Kinetics in Airlift Bioreactor
【摘要】 设计了8L规模的气升式生物反应器,应用该生物反应器悬浮培养红豆杉细胞,经30d培养,细胞鲜重达26g/L,干重细胞紫杉醇含量达1.17×10-3g/g,建立了细胞生长动力学模型.结果表明该生物反应器适合红豆杉细胞的生长、代谢和产物合成.
【Abstract】 An airlift bioreactor with 8 Liter for plant cell cultures has been developed. Taxus cells cultured in suspension in this bioreactor have been reported. The experimental result shows that the fresh cells weigh 26g/L, and a maximum Taxol concentration of 1.17×10 -3 g/g dry cell was obtained after 30days. A model for describing the cell growth is established. It indicates that airlift bioreactor is suitable for Taxus cell growth, metabolism and product formation.
