TCPSA 系统的非等温网络模型
A Model of the Non Isothermal Network in TCPSA System
【摘要】 用回热器的热声原理、解释了在振荡控制的热耦合变压吸附系统的吸附柱回热器中发生的传热和传质过程,并将其应用于热耦合变压吸附的热声网络模型.在热声网络模型中,当地压力是时间和空间二者的函数,这不同于传统观点即认为当地压力仅是时间的函数,该网络模型能对变压吸附过程进行动态分析.
【Abstract】 A study is made of the mass and the heat transfer in the adsorption columns of thermally coupled pressure swing adsorption column regenerator with controlled oscillation based on the thermoacoustic principle of regenerator. A model of the network of thermally coupled pressure swing adsorption is established quantitatively, in which the pressure described as the function of time and axial distance. The dynamical analysis of pressure swing adsorption in bed is carried out instead of traditional equilibrium method with the help of the mode.
