地面模拟微重力下两相流动沸腾换热的分析
Analysis on Modeling Conditions of Two Phase Flow Boiling Heat Transfer under Microgravity
【摘要】 从加热面方向角、流动速率、过冷度、绝对压力等几个方面对地面上模拟微重力下两相流动沸腾换热的条件进行了分析.认为当沸腾试验段入口流动速率、过冷度、绝对压力及外加热流密度等相同时,在流速达到一定值后,如果向上与向下流试验段出口处的温度、压力、含汽率等基本一样,两者换热系数大致相当,且试验段沿程各点壁温无突变、试验段出口含汽率满足保证核态沸腾正常进行所必须的下限等,那么就构成了地面模拟的条件.
【Abstract】 The conditions of earth modeling for two phase flow boiling heat transfer under microgravity is analyzed from several aspects: orientation of heating surface, flowing velocity, subcooling, absolute pressure etc. It is supposed that if the inlet parameters such as the flowing velocity, subcooling, absolute pressure and the exterior heat influx etc. in upflow are the same as that in downflow, the temperature, pressure, vapor content x in the outlet of test section and the heat transfer coefficient in both upflow and downflow will be basically equal to each other, and the wall temperature distribution of points along the test section has no sudden change, vapor content in the outlet of test section meets the essential requirements to maintain the normal boiling ,etc. constitute the earth modeling conditions.
