液化石油气球罐焊缝保护涂层性能的实验分析
Experimentally Testing the Function of the Protect Layer for the Weld Line of LPG
【摘要】 对热喷涂铝层的粘结强度、抗拉强度、剪切强度以及封闭涂层的耐浸泡性能进行了实验测定分析.结果表明,热喷涂纯铝加 WRF8401封闭徐层可以适应液化石油气球罐的工况,起到有效防止应力腐蚀开裂的作用、实验分析指出,涂层性能的好坏与施工工艺、涂层厚度有密切关系.
【Abstract】 The sticking strength, tensile strength and shearing strength of thermosetting layer of Alu- minum and immerse resistance of type WRF8401 seal layer are determined in the laboratory. The re- sults show that the method of thermosetting pure Aluminum added to the seal layer can be effectively used to protect liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) sphere from cracking by stress etch. Experiments show that the function of protect layer is closely concerned with the construction technology and the thick- ness of the protecting layer.
