【Abstract】 The model developed with analytical method for cylinder wall lubrication in the reciprocating engine over a complete operating cycle is given. In the model, the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication for the piston rings and the cylinder, the geometric configuration and the elastic characteristics of the piston ring, the blow-by through the rings and the minimum oil film thickness have been taken into consideration. A particular engine has been investigated with the model. As a general model, it may be good also for the investigation of the engines with similar operating principle.更多还原
