自适应零相位误差跟踪算法用于非圆柱磨削
Application of Adaptive Zero-Phase Tracking Control Algorithm in Non-Cylindrical Surface Grinding
【摘要】 介绍了一种非圆柱表面高效、高精度磨削加工新方法──点磨法,对该磨削加工方法的控制技术进行了探讨.提出了零相位跟踪控制算法,使控制系统对给定非国特殊曲线具有很高的跟踪精度,从而保证了非圆轴类表面磨削加工精度.
【Abstract】 A high-efficiency and high-precision new grinding method for non-cylindrical surface, the dot grinding method, is described. The key control technique of the new grinding method is discussed. An adaptive zero-phase tracking control algorithm is developed, and with which the servo system is able to track accurately a given non-circular high order special curves.
