【摘要】 在液体培养过程中,不同pH(3.5~6.0)和Al3+浓度(0~40μm)对二个大豆品种浙春3号和浙春2号幼苗生长及根尖细胞蛋白质合成有明显的影响,并且二个品种间存在差异.pH>4.5是二个品种幼苗适宜的生长环境;pH<4.0明显抑制其生长.在pH4.3的条件下二个品种均有较强的耐铝性.总的来看,浙春2号的耐酸铝性强于浙春3号.根尖细胞蛋白质PAGE分析表明,浙春2号经100μmAl3+~400μmAl3+处理144h后,Rf0.75带蛋白质表达受抑制

【Abstract】 The effects of pH(3.5 to 6.0) and varying concentrations (0 to 400μm) of Al 3+ in hydroponics on seedlings growth and root apices protein expression of two soybean cultivars (Zhechun No.3 and Zhechun No.2) were studied. The results showed that the seedlings growth were inhibited obviously by the pH range of 3.5 to 4.0, but growing normally at the pH>4.5. The growth inhibition of Zhechum No.2 were less than Zhechun No.3 at the pH range of 4.0 to 4.5. Zhechum No.2 seedlings were strong Al tolerent to 100 and 200μm Al 3+ , and Zhechun No.3 only to 100μm Al 3+ . For PAGE analysis of root apices protein, results showed that the protein expression at Rf 0.75 were inhibited when seedlings of Zhechum No.2 exposed to concentrations of Al 3+ ranging from 100μm to 400μm (pH4.3) for 144h.
