【摘要】 为确保海洋肽面膜使用的安全性,并为产品应用提供实验依据,对海洋肽的皮肤毒理学进行了研究。应用豚鼠皮肤急性毒性、刺激性和过敏性实验,对海洋肽面膜进行安全性评价。结果表明,海洋肽面膜(5倍)对完整皮肤未引起急性毒性反应,单次和多次实验皮肤未出现水肿和红斑反应,病理检查,皮肤结构完整,层次清晰;经致敏接触和激发接触,2,4-二硝基氯苯组皮肤平均反应值0.9～1.0,致敏率为90％～100％,海洋肽面膜皮肤致敏率10％。提示该产品未引起皮肤急性毒性反应,无刺激性,为轻度致敏物。更多还原

【Abstract】 To further study the safety of polypeptides from Chlamysfarreri(PCF) and provide experinental data for usage of it. Methods:It was used to do the a-cute toxicity test, irritation test and allergic reaction on the skin of guinea pigs. Results:Results showed that it had no acute toxicity reaction. Single and repeat tests did not cause swollen or redness of the skin. Pathologic study found no abnormality of the skin,The allergic reaction rate of the ploypeptides was 10%. Conclusions:PCF has no irritative and toxic effects on the skin of guinea pigs. It is a light hypersensitivity agent.更多还原
