【摘要】 从青岛产黄海葵[AnthopLeura xanthogrammica(Berkly)]的乙酸乙酯部位,首次分离到6个化合物,分别为尿嘧啶(1)、2’-脱氧核糖尿嘧啶(2)、胸腺嘧啶(3)、脱氧核糖胸腺嘧啶(4)、胆甾醇(5)和 1-甲氧基-α-半乳糖甙。它们的化学结构经理化数据和波谱分析,结合文献报道数据对照得以确定。更多还原

【Abstract】 From ethyl acetate fraction of Chinese Anthopleura xanthogrammica Berkly, collected from Qingdao beach, 6 known compounds i. e. uracil, 2’-deoxyuridine,thymidine, cholesterol and methyl-a-D-galactopyranoside,were isolated. Their stuctures were identified by various spectrial (IR,PNMR,CNMR,MS etc. )analysis and comparation of chemical and physical data with authentic samples reported in literatures.更多还原
