【Abstract】 A Glycoprotein was prepared from the skirt of Chlamys farreri by extraction with hot water, isolation and purifi cation with column chromatography on DEAE cellulose and Sephadex G 100 successively. The content of protein and total sugar of the glycoprotein were 60 % and 36 % respectively. Phamarcological tests showed that the glycoprotein could obviously inhibit Sarcoma 180 neoplastic proliferation mice with the inhibition rate of 47.29 %.更多还原
