【摘要】 随着海洋污染的日趋严重，由海水富营养化所引起的赤潮公害已愈来愈引起了全球的关注。文章首先介绍了赤潮的发生及其对海洋生态环境、沿海养殖业及旅游资源乃至人类生命安全的巨大危害，着重阐述了赤潮的监测、预报及防治技术。文章就赤潮可靠预报的定性判断原则、预报的科学依据及试验模式作了一一介绍。并综合了国内外常用的赤潮治理方法，提出了防治赤潮灾害研究的工作建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasingly serious marine pollution,the red tide disaster caused by eutrophication of sea water has aroused more and more concern throughout the world.The paper first introduces the generation of red tide and its great harm done to the marine ecological environment,coastal culture and tourist resources or even to the safety of human lives.Then it stresses the monitoring,forecasting,prevention and control technologies for the red tide and elaborates the principles of qualitatine judgement for the reliable forecast of red tides,the scientific bases of forecast and the testing models.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the methods of preventing and controlling the red tide commonly used both at home and abroad,the paper puts forward suggestions or the future research of preventing and controlling the red tide.更多还原
