【Abstract】 This paper analysed 14 cases of dysgerminoma of ovary all confirmed by operation and pathology. The ultrasonographic characteristics were summed up and put forward for the basis of US diagnosis. We believe that it is possible to diagnosis this tumor preoperatively. The accuracy rate of diagnosis was 12/14 in this group, more than that of past result 2/14.更多还原
