【摘要】 用体外细胞培养的方法及放射免疫分析技术，观察Ｌ－苏氨酸对大鼠黄体细胞３β－羟－甾体脱氢酶（３β－ＨＳＤ）活性的影响。结果显示，Ｌ－苏氨酸可明显抑制黄体细胞３β－ＨＳＤ活性，而且在Ｌ－苏氨酸拮抗ｈＣＧ致孕酮生成作用中，３β－ＨＳＤ活性显著降低，提示Ｌ－苏氨酸可通过对３β－ＨＳＤ活性的作用而影响卵巢黄体孕酮生成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Previous studies in our laboratory showed that Lthreonine could not only inhibit hCGinduced and oxytocininduced progesterone production in the ovary in vitro,but also suppress progesterone secretion by human placental trophoblastic cells in vitro.In order to investigate the active mechanism of Lthreonine,we studied the effect of Lthreonine on 3βHSD activity of rat luteal cells in vitro by RIA.The results showed that 0.2mmol/L and 2.0mmol/L Lthreonine significantly inhibited 3betaHSD activity and hCG induced 3betaHSD activity.It suggests that 3βHSD might constitute an important site of action of Lthreonine during progesterone production affected by Lthreonine.更多还原
