【Abstract】 adical　abdominal　Cavity　debridement　has　been　recoginized　to　be　the　best　effective　method　in　the　treatment　of　acute　purulent　peritonitis　in　recent　years.The　method　is　introduced　by　authors　in　greater　detail.Two　steps　are　emphasized∶①Handling　original　focus　prositively,②Cleaning　abdominal　cavity　thoroughly.The　theory　of　radical　abdominal　cavity　debridement　is　discussed　in　the　article　and　the　theory　is　based　on　the　knowledge　of　machanism　of　peritoneal　defence.　For　easing　toxinemia　authors　claim　that　washing　abdominal　cavity　is　necessary.Acording　to　the　theory　of　circulation　in　the　abdominal　cavity,Authors　suggest　that　the　patient　should　take　a　lying　on　the　back.The　position　can　reduce　complications　and　promote　patients’　recovery.更多还原
