【摘要】 为了研究综合医疗机构情绪障碍的患病率，对综合医院内科住院病人４１７例进行调查，发现其亚临床抑郁性障碍和焦虑性障碍患病率分别为２３８０％和３４７７％；重性抑郁症，心境恶劣，躯体形式障碍和惊恐障碍（ＩＣＤ－１０标准）患病率分别为３６％，２３９％，０９５％和１１９％，而内科医生对这些情绪障碍的识别力仅为１０５２％。提示在综合医疗机构，情绪障碍是普遍存在的，重视对其研究，提高综合科医生的识别和处理能力，在现代医学模式转变过程中有极其重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective　to　investigate　the　rate　of　prevalence　and　recognition　for　emotional　disorders　in　general　hospital.Methods　four　hundred　and　seventeen　inpatients　in　medical　ward　were　recruited　and　assessed　with　Hamilton　Anxiety　Scale(HAMA),Hamilton　Depression　Scale(HAMD),SelfRating　Depression　Scale(SDS)and　inventory　of　emotional　disorders　for　general　patients,and　the　subjets　were　diagnosed　by　psychiatrist　with　ICD10　and　the　second　revised　edition　Chinese　Classification　of　Mental　Disorders(CCMD2R).Results:The　prevalence　rate　of　depressive　disorders　and　anxious　disorders　were　23.8%and　34.77%respectivly,and　prevalence　rate　of　Major　Depression,Dysthymia　and　Panic　attack　were　36%,23%　and　119%respectively.The　rate　of　recognition　for　these　emotional　disorders　by　physician　was　only　1052%.Conclussion　Emotional　disorders　are　often　seen　in　general　hospital.It　is　very　important　to　emphasize　to　study　these　Mental　disorders　and　to　improve　the　recognition　and　treatment　for　them.更多还原
