【摘要】 随着社会经济和文化的发展，抑郁症的发病率和就诊率将逐年增加，但由于受传统医学模式的影响，综合科医生对抑郁、焦虑等情绪障碍病人并未给予足够的重视。情绪障碍病人在综合医疗机构正确的诊治率很低，很多病人因此病情迁延不愈，反复盲目求医，从而造成家庭和单位经济负担，浪费卫生资源甚至导致社会功能缺陷及自杀危险等。为了了解国内综合医疗机构的情绪障碍的流行病规律及综合科医生对其识别处理情况，我们于１９９７年初开始了本研究，本文介绍了该研究的理论框架，包括立题的意义，研究程序和目标，及情绪障碍和躯体疾病相互作用的生物机制等。更多还原

【Abstract】 ? The　rate　of　prevalence,diagnosis　and　treatment　would　be　increasing　with　development　of　economics　and　culture,　But　the　recognition　rate　of　emotional　disorders　in　general　hospital　were　very　low,　and　the　physicians　seldom　emphasized　the　treatment　of　these　patients.Many　patients　with　emotional　disorders　in　general　hospital　could　not　recover　from　their　diseases　which　might　be　cured　by　psychiatrist,and　asked　mdeical　help　blindly,and　some　of　them　became　impairment　in　their　social　furction　of　suicided　successfully　because　of　misdiagnoseis　and　mistreatment,　In　order　to　investigate　the　epidemiology,recognition　and　treatment　of　emotional　disorders　in　general　hospital,we　performed　a　series　studies　that　was　supported　by　the　Health　Ministry　of　China.The　theoretical　framework　of　the　study　was　reported　here,which　included∶①scientifical　signifcances,②objective　and　process,③probable　interactive　biological　mechanism　between　emotional　disorders　and　medicall　illness.更多还原
