原子吸收光谱法测定复方氯化钠注射液
DETERMINATION OF COMPOUND SODIUM CHLORIDE INJECTION BY ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 采用原子吸收光谱法(AAS)直接测定复方氯化钠注射液的含量.加入1%CsCl液可消除K+、Na+共存时的增感效应,Ca++的测定不受干扰,使测定结果准确、可靠。
【Abstract】 Compound sodium chloride injection was determined directly by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).The interference from coexistent elements(K+.Na+)was eliminated by and accurate.The satisfactory recoveries[101. 2% (Na+), 100. 4% (K+) and 100.2% (ca++ )] were obstained with RSD of 1.6%, 1.5% and 1.2%, respectively.
