【Abstract】 Two series of compounds, including eight piperazine derivatives were synthesized, their structures were identified by using IR.NMR.MS and elemental analysis.The experiments of piperazine derivatives on inotropic activity of isolated atricum of guinea pigs showed that seven of the selected eight compounds have a range of activity. The inotropic activity of target compounds(Ⅱ) and (Ⅸ) was stronger than that of the contrast compounds amirinone and vesnarinone, and there was great different effect between (Ⅸ) and Amirinone.更多还原
