【Abstract】 The anesthetic activity of some 4-substituted fentanyl derivatives was evaluated by loss of righting test in mice. Results showed that the anesthetic activity of 4-substituted fentanyl analogs was very strong and the structure-anesthetic activtity relationship was similar to the structrue-analgesic activity relationship in this series compounds. It seems that the receptor mechanism of both of anesthetic activity and analgesic activity may be similar.更多还原
