【Abstract】 The medicinal fibrinolytic enzyme from the earthworm (Eisenia Foetlide) was prepared by enlarged production. The results showed that the yield of the enzyme was 2.52-2.74%;the activity of fibrinolysis and hydrolysis casein was 24333-26560 mm2/mg and 598-640 mU/mg respectively. The re- peatability and yield were also estimated and we con- sider it might be a simple valid method for pharmaceu- tical production. In addition, this paper also reported some biochemical characterization and stability about the medicinal enzyme.更多还原
