【Abstract】 おhis　artical　introduces　how　to　test　the　Glycerol　by　Lazer　reflection　photoacoustic　and　Kroenecker　method.It　discusses　in　detail　Kroenecker　experiment,design,the　best　conditions　and　the　usage　of　developing　colour.The　calibration　curve　is　linear　within　the　range　of　the　concentration　of　Glycerol　1×10~-4～1×10~-2(V/V).With　1μl　of　sample　solution　a　detection　limit　of　39.94μg　is　obtained.更多还原
