一种水合SiO2制备方法的相变机理研究
THE MECHANISM RESEARCH ON THE PHASE CHANGE PROCESS OF HYDRATED SILLCA
【摘要】 本文以碳酸钠法由稻壳生产水合二氧化硅(白炭黑)的相变析出过程为研究体系,从理论上建立了该过程相变析出组份的速率方程及动力学方程。探讨了迅速降温条件下,不同终止温度下成核、长大和聚集过程与产品比表面和原始粒径间的关系。实验结果与理论分析表现出较好的一致性。
【Abstract】 おased on the phase change system of hydrated silica (white carbon black) produced by sodium carbonate method from rice husk,the rate equation and the kinetics equation are built for the phase change process of hydrated silica.The relations between the specific surface area, the ultimate partical size and nucleating、growing up coagulating are discussed.The specific surface area and the ultimate particle site at different stop temperature are determined by BET method and TEM analysis.The results show that the theoretical conclusion is consistant with the experimetal values.
