氧化中性红退色光度法测定锰的研究

【摘要】 研究了Mn(Ⅶ)对中性红的退色作用,并借此分光光度法测定Mn。实验表明,在H2SO4介质中,中性红被Mn(Ⅶ)氧化而退色,且退色的程度随Mn(Ⅶ)存在量呈线性关系。有色溶液的最大吸收波长为530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.4×104L·mol-1·cm-1,Mn(Ⅶ)量在0~2μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律。方法简单、快速、准确,选择性好,在用于测定地质样品中痕量锰时,结果满意

【Abstract】 In this paper,the decolouration resulting from the oxidation of neutral red by manganese (Ⅶ) in 0 07 ̄0 18 mol/L H 2SO 4 has been studied The decrease in colour is directly proportional to the amount of manganese The maximum absorption is at 530 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1 4×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 Beer′s law is obeyed from 0 to 2 μg/mL of manganese(Ⅶ) This method was satisfactorily used for the determination of trace manganese in geological samples
