【Abstract】 The severe dish like face deformity of 4 postoperative patients with cleft lip and plate were treated with Le Fort Ⅰ osteotomy and oblique ramus osteotomy, and rigid fixition was used to the maxilla afterwards. The treatment results were satisfactory and the long term follow up showed stable. In addition,the characteristics and experiences of such operation were discussed in details.更多还原
