【摘要】 对５３７例６０岁以上的修复科老年患者的口腔内缺失牙情况、缺失牙分类、咬合接触牙数、咬合接触牙种类、咬合支持区域以及食物摄取能力作调查分析。结果发现：①约２０％的患者为全口及半口牙缺失。平均余留牙数１６．４７颗。在部分牙缺失的患者中，６６．４９％为游离端缺失。②２３．４６％的患者口腔内无咬合接触的牙。能发生咬合接触的牙平均为６．２对，其中５２．２５％为前牙，磨牙所占比例最小。③无平衡咬合支持区和无咬合支持区的患者占总数的４９．３４％。④大部分患者咀嚼能力下降，约２／５的患者食物摄取能力很差更多还原

【Abstract】 The teeth absence, the occlusal support and the masticatory ability of 537 patients of over 60 years old were surveyed and analyzed. The results showed: ①About 20% of the patients were edentulous or half edentulous, and the average residual teeth were 16 47. 66 49% of the partial dentures were free end saddles. ②23 46% of the patients had no contacted teeth, and the average contacted teeth were 6 2 pairs, in which posterior contacted teeth were less than anterior ones. ③49 34% of the patients had no occlusal support or balanced occlusal support. ④Masticatory ability of the most of the patients declined and the chewing ability of about 2/5 of the patients was very poor.更多还原
