加压流态化 Ⅲ压力脉动与分形研究
PRESSURIZED FLUIDIZATION Ⅲ STUDY ON PRESSURE FLUCTUATION AND FRACTAL
【摘要】 对400mm的加压流化床中局部差压脉动随压力、流速的变化规律进行了讨论。从理论与实验上分析了非线性动力学中几个特征量:脉动方差、脉动的柯尔莫哥洛夫熵、脉动的分形维数等在流化床中的物理意义。在加压流化床中,随着输入能量的增加,流化床局部差压的脉动方差将增大,K熵的变化将趋于平缓,分形维数减小并趋于一个定值。
【Abstract】 The fluctuation of local differential pressure versus pressure in 400mm pressurized fluidized bed is studied.The dynamic character of gassolid in a pressurized fluidized bed consisted of the variance, the fractional dimension, and the Kolmogorov entropy, which were derived from the signals of fluctuation of local differential pressure based on nonlineardynamics, is proposed and analyzed theoretically and experimentally, It was found that the variance will increase, the changes of Kolmogorov entropy will flattened and the fractal dimension will decrease to a constant value with the increases of pressure, superficial velocity or the energy input to the fluidized bed.
