【摘要】 提出了评价红外理疗仪质量的性能参数及设计方法，以达到规范设计目的。

【Abstract】 The problems of IR physical therapeutic instruments today were analyzed. Characteristics for quality evaluation of IR therapeutic instruments were presented. The design methods were also discussed.
