黄河断流与黄河三角洲环境

【摘要】 就断流对黄河三角洲环境的影响作了初步分析探讨。认为由于黄河断流已经对黄河三角洲环境产生负面影响,而且断流现象很难在短期改变,因而对未来的河道入海尾闾段河床淤积、生态平衡、环境演化等将进一步产生不利的影响。因此,为了保护环境,维护黄河三角洲地区的可持续发展,必须加强宏观调控,维持下游特别是黄河三角洲地区的黄河来水量的平衡,从根本上遏制断流现象进一步发展,以保护三角洲环境形成良性循环。

【Abstract】 A preliminary analysis and discussion is made in this paper of the effect of the water-break on the environment of the Yellow River Delta. It is suggested that,since the water-break of the Yellow River has produced negative influence upon the water-break phenomenon can not be averted in a short time, it would further exert adverse effects upon the riverbed silt, ecological balance and environment evolution in the section of Weilu, the future exit of the Yellow River into the sea. Therefore, in order to protect the environment, and maintain the sustainable development of the Yellow River Delta region, it is necessary to strengthen macro regulation and control,and keep in equilibrium the amount of water coming from the lower reaches of the Yellow River, especially the Yellow River Delta region so that the further development of the water-break phenomenon could be checked once and for all, and a virtuous circle in the Yellow River Delta environment be maintain.
