【Abstract】 Proceeding from the character, resources distribution and evolution rules of the coastal zone in Jiangsu Province, and in the light of the problems existed in coastal zone management and tidal flats exploitation and utilization, this paper applies the sustainable development theory guide the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of tidal flats, thus promulgates, in line witi local conditions, the regional sustainable development model of tidal flat area which makes ceo nomic development to coordinate with resources and environment ; meanwhile it takes the guiding ideology of sustainable development to be reflected in the system of integrated modern manage ment measures and legislation of the coastal zone.更多还原
