【摘要】 XF716铣床数控技术改造项目获1996年湖北省机械工业厅科技进步三等奖.本文讨论其中的机械设计方面的有关问题.它对系统的精度和性能起着重要的作用,但往往被人们所忽视.本项目机械设计摆脱了传统的经验设计法,而是在控制工程理论指导下,从满足系统动、静态特性的要求出发,综合考虑各方面的因素,使机械传动系统、计算机控制系统和可编程控制器得以协调的工作.

【Abstract】 The project of numerical control transformation of XF 716 milling machine was awarded a third prize for science and technology advance by the Machine-Building Industry Department of Hubei Province in 1996. The mechanical design of the project, which is of much importance to precision and function of the system,is subject to be neglected,and yet is particularly dealt with in this article. Instead of traditional design from experience, this design, under the guidance of engineering cybernetics and in the light of various factors,coordinates the mechanical transmission system,computer control system and programmable control unit in harmony with one another,so as to fulfil the requirements of dynamic and static characteristics of the whole system.
