【Abstract】 There exists a special relation between trainers and sportsman. This kind of relation is the citizen relation on an equal basis, the teacher-student that teachers teach and students are taught, as well as the elder-young relation that el- ders and the young show solicitude and consideration one another. These three aspects stand at the different positions. In or- der to deal with it well, it is important to grasp the characteristics and laws of this kind relation.
