【摘要】 用颅内直接注血法制作大鼠出血性中风中经络模型以及动脉粥样硬化性家兔出血性中风中经络模型。结果显示：出血性中风大鼠出现明显血肿，组织病理学改变与人类出血性中风中经络相似。兔脑出血模型建立在动脉粥样硬化的基础上，更接近于临床。可见偏瘫计分下降、脑组织含水量增加、ＮＥ含量增高、ＳＯＤ降低、ＭＤＡ增高更多还原

【Abstract】 The models of haemorrhagic stroke meridian involved style of rats and atheroseclerosis rabbits were made by intracranial blood injection method.The results showed that,in haemorrhagic stroke rats,obvious neurological deficits and intracranial hematoma were seen;climbong performance was increased;running time was shortened;simular neuropathological changes with haemorrhagic stroke meridian involved style of human being were observed.The model of haemorrhagic stroke rabbit was closer to clinic since it’s made on the basis of atherosclerosis.The decrease of hemiplegia count and SOD in brain and the increase of the contents of water,NE and MDA in brain were observed in the rabbit models.更多还原
