孤束核对小脑顶核的心血管和呼吸活动的影响

【摘要】 为了探讨孤束核在小脑顶核(FN)对家兔心血管和呼吸活动的影响中所起的作用,我们观察了电刺激和化学刺激顶核对动脉血压、心率、呼吸的影响,在此基础上进一步应用电烧灼损毁孤束核后,观察上述作用是否受影响。结果表明,电刺激顶核诱发出显著的顶核加压效应(FPR)及呼吸运动的变化。而顶核中微量注入L-谷氨酸钠却产生显著的顶核降压效应(FDR),但呼吸运动不受影响。与此同时,电刺激与化学刺激均不影响心率的变化。用电烧灼损毁孤束核(NTS)后,顶核心血管和呼吸运动的作用将消失。据此,我们推测,顶核在调节心血管和呼吸运动中起到一个很重要的作用,而它是由孤束核所介导的

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of NTS on cardiovascular and respiratory activities induced by FN in rabbits,the effect of electrical and chemical stimulation on arterial pressure,heart rate and respiratory activities were examined.Based on the experiment,further examinations were made to observe if the above changes were affected after the lesion of NTS.The results showed that electrical stimulation of FN induced a marked fastigial pressor response(FPR)and changes in respiration.Microinjection of L-sodium glutamate into FN can produce a marked fastigial depressor(FDR)without affecting respiratory activities.At the same time neither electrical nor chemical stimulation will bring forth any changes in heart rate.The lesion of NTS can block the FN cardiovascular and respiratory responses.It is estimated that FN plays an important role in regulating cardiovascular and respiratory activities medied by NTS.
