Abstract By means of testing the major parts of PNI such as amino acid contents and graininess of phosphorous in LC lecithin,it proved that the contents of both amino acid and phosphorous are stable in 48/h,fat in 72/h and the number of particles larger than 25/μm multiply with time.It suggests that PNI be used after being compounded in 24 hour so that its safety and efficiency can be further confirmed in clinical practice.
