磁性抗癌微球的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:观察磁性抗癌微球的自然累积释药速率及局部注射后在血管、组织内的分布、滞留情况。方法:紫外分光光度计测定、分析天平称量。结果:微球溶液在37℃恒温中放置12h、24h、48h、96h的自然累积释药速率分别为527%、672%、729%、744%;体外实验:在4000GS磁场中,流速为每分10cm、20cm、60cm、90cm时,微球滞留率分别为98%、87%、41%、29%;体内实验:局部注射抗癌微球后,在体外磁场作用下,局部血管,组织内微球滞留量明显增多。结论:磁性抗癌微球局注后,在体外磁场作用下,可较长时间滞留于局部缓释抗癌药物。

【Abstract】 Objective: Observation on the speed rate of natural accumulation and releasing drugs of the magnetic anti-cancer microsphere and the condition of distribution and retention in blood vessels and tissues after being locally injected. Methods: It was measured with ultraviolet spectrophotometry and weighed by analytical balance. Results:The microspherical solution placed at a normal temperature 37℃ for about 12 h,24 h,48 h,96 h,the speed rate of natural accumulation and releasing drugs was 52.7%,67.2%,72.9%,74.4% respectively. Experiment on the outside body: when the speed of flow was 10 cm,20 cm,60 cm,90 cm,per minute, the retention rate of the magnetic microsphere was 98%,87%,41%,29% respectively. Experiment within the body:after the magnetic anti-cancer microsphere being locally injected, under the effect on magnetic field outside the body, the retention rate of the magnetic microsphere increased remarkably in blood vessels and tissues.Conclusion: Under the effect on magnetic field outside the body,the magnetic microsphere was retained in the local part for a long time, slowly releasing anti-cancer drugs.
