【摘要】 目的：比较豫医无毛小鼠与昆明小鼠血液生化特性有无差异。方法：测定总蛋白（ＴＰ）、白蛋白（ＡＬ）、丙氨酸转氨酶（ＡＬＴ）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（ＡＳＴ）、γ谷氨酰转肽酶（γＧＴ）、碱性磷酸酶（ＡＫＰ）均采用卫生部临床检验中心推荐的常规微量检测方法。结果：豫医无毛小鼠ＡＬ和ＡＬＴ测定值显著高于昆明小鼠（Ｐ＜００５）。结论：豫医无毛小鼠具有某些独特的生化特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe whether there are any differences between the serobiochemical characteristics of Yuyi hairless mice and that of Kunming mice.Methods: All the markers were tested using routing testing methods recommended by the Clinical Experiment Center,the Ministry of Public Health.Results: AL and ALT levels in Yuyi hairless mice were obviously higher than those in Kunming mice.There were no clear differences in other markers.Conclusion: Yuyi hairless mice have some special biochemical characteristics.更多还原
