【Abstract】 The rough phytin was treated by acid solution,filtered,neutralized by base and precipitated. Then the technique also involved refining the inositol solution with the ion exchang method to raise the yield of inositol. Its yield increased fron 72.17% to 91.10%. Compared with neutralizaion precipitation,the superiority is the short technique route,the simple operation and the higher production yield.更多还原
