【摘要】 在人食管癌Ｅｃａ１０９细胞中加以终浓度为１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的８ＢｒｃＡＭＰ体外培育２４ｈ后，应用酸解ＤＮＡ及甲绿派洛宁染色技术在同一标本上鉴别增殖型细胞和分化型细胞。结果：８ＢｒｃＡＭＰ处理组增殖型细胞占６３％，分化型细胞占３７％；而对照组增殖型细胞占８３％，分化型细胞占１７％。结果提示：８ＢｒｃＡＭＰ对Ｅｃａ１０９细胞有抑制增殖和促进分化效应更多还原

【Abstract】 After the Eca 109 cells were cultured at final concentration of 10 -5 mol/L 8 Br cAMP for 24 h,both proliferation and differentiation pattern cells were identified on the same slide by using HCl hydrolysis of DNA and methyl green pyronin stain technique.The proliferation pattern cells decreased,while the differentiation paffern cells increased.The results suggest that 8 Br cAMP could facilitate cell differentiation and suppress cell proliferation and that this technique could be used for detection of proliferation and differentiation of human esophageal cells.更多还原
