【摘要】 ２０例肺癌患者配对分为低氧组（１０例）和单照组（１０例）。低氧组患者吸入含氧体积分数为１０５％的低氧混合气２ｍｉｎ后开始接受放疗，５ｍｉｎ内完成治疗，单照组只单独使用６０Ｃｏ照射。结果：①发生Ⅰ度皮肤放射反应时的平均剂量低氧组为（４０７５±３３４）Ｇｙ，单照组为（３０４２±５６９）Ｇｙ（Ｐ＜００５）。②下咽痛时平均剂量低氧组为（４１５２±４３４）Ｇｙ，单照组为（３０５６±４７５）Ｇｙ（Ｐ＜００５）。③近期疗效评定２组患者均为部分缓解（ＰＲ）。④０５ａ，１ａ，３ａ，５ａ生存率低氧组分别为８０％，６０％，１０％，１０％；单照组分别为８０％，２０％，０％，０％（Ｐ＞００５）。⑤死因分析低氧组死于局部复发６例，脑转移３例；单照组分别为８例，２例。结果提示：肺癌低氧放疗能够有效减轻放射反应，对近期疗效及生存率没有明显影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Patients with lung cancer were randomized into hypoxyradiotherapy group ( n =10) and simple radiotherapy group ( n =10).In the former,the radiation was carried out 2 min after 10.5% oxygen was inhaled for 5 min and in the later, 60 Co γ ray was used only.The results showed that ①The dose causing Ⅰ° skin radiation reaction was (40.75±3.34) Gy in hypoxyradiotherapy group and (30.42±5.69)Gy in simple radiotherapy group ( P <0.05).②The dose causing sore swallow was (41.53±4.34)Gy in hypoxyradiotherapy group and (30.56±4.75)Gy in simple radiotherapy group ( P <0.05).③The short term curative effects were evaluted PR in two groups.④The 0.5,1,3,5years surival rates were 80%,60%,10%,10% in hypoxyradiotherapy group and 80%,20%,0%,0% in simple radiotherapy group,respectively ( P >0.05),⑤There were 6 cases died from local relapes and 3 cases from brain metastsis in hypoxyradiotherapy group and there were 8 and 2 cases,respectively,in simple radiotherapy group ( P >0 05) It is concluded that hypoxyradiotherapy can reduce radiation side reaction effectively but not affect the short term curative effects and the surival rates.更多还原
