【摘要】 对自然流产妇女姐妹染色单体交换（SCE）率进行观察，结果自然流产组妇女的SCE平均发生率明显升高（P＜0．05）；不同自然流产次数妇女的SCE平均发生率除2次与3次组间无显著差异外（P＞0．05），其余各组均有显著差异（P＜0．05），随着流产次数的增多，SCE的平均率也增高。结果提示SCE发生频率的增高与自然流产的发生有密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method of sister chromatid exchange(SCE) was applied to the study of the cause of spontaneous abortion. The results showed that the average occuring rate of SCE of spontaneous abortion women was significantly different from that of normal women(P < 0. 05); The average occuring rate of SCE in women with spontaneous abortion frequency of 2 to 3 times had little difference (P > 0.05),but there was significant difference in the rest groups (P < 0.05). The average occuring rate of SCE increased with the raise of abortion frequency. It is suggested that there might be a close relation between the occuring rate of SCE and the occurence of spontaneous abortion.更多还原
