【摘要】 为了解P53基因在肾母细胞瘤中的表达，采用ABC免疫组织化学方法，对56例肾母细胞瘤石蜡包埋的标本进行检测。结果：56例肾母细胞瘤标本中13例P53蛋白表达阳性（23．2％），预后不良组织类型P53蛋白表达阳性率（64．3％）显著高于预后好组织类型（9．5％）（P＜0．001）；有转移肿瘤P53蛋白表达阳性率（50．0％）显著高于无转移肿瘤（12．5％）（P＜0．01）。结果提示：P53蛋白过度表达与肾母细胞瘤的组织类型和转移潜能密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 P53 expression was examined with immunohistochemical staining technique in the paraffin embeded specimens from 56 cases of Wilms’ tumor. Expkession of P53 was positive in 13 of the 56 cases (23. 2% ). The positive expression rates of P53 in patients with unfavorable histology (64. 3% ) were significantly higher than those in the patients with favorable histology (9. 5% ) (P < 0. 001). P53 positive rates of the metastatic tumors (50.0% ) were significantly higher than those of the nonmetastatic tumors (12.5% ) (P < 0.01) .The overexpression of P53 was closely related to the histological type and metastatic potential of Wilms’ tumor.更多还原
