【摘要】 用新生大鼠胰岛离体培养方法，观察了五肽促胃液素（G－5）对白细胞介素－1β（IL－1β）致胰岛B细胞基础分泌抑制的影响。结果发现：①IL－1β能剂量依赖性抑制B细胞的分泌功能，IL－1β作用组基础胰岛素分泌量明显低于对照组；②C－5能对抗IL－1β对B细胞功能的抑制，与单纯IL－1β作用组相比，加用G－5能使基础胰岛素分泌量明显增加；③向IL－1β作用后的胰岛治疗性地给予G－5，能使抑制的B细胞功能得到部分恢复，作用呈时间和剂量依赖性。提示：G－5可能具有对抗IL－1β对胰岛B细胞毒性损伤的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of pentagastrin(G-5 ) on interleukin-1β(IL-1β) inhibited basal insulin secretion in cultured newborn rat islet B-cells were observed in this study. The results showed that IL-1β could dose-dependently inhibit the basal insulin secretion of islet B-cells; the inhibitory effect of IL-1β could be abolished when G-5 was treated with IL-1β simultaneously; the basal insulin secretion of G-5 treated groups was significantly higher than that treated by IL-1β alone; in islets treated by IL-1β, adminstration of G-5 could partially reverse the inhibition of insulin secretion in a dose and time dependent manner. The present results indicate that G-5 probably has a protective effect against the toxicity of IL-1β on isolated islet B-cells.更多还原
