【摘要】 CD3AK细胞和LAK细胞均为异质细胞群，为了比较妇科恶性肿瘤患者LAK细胞和CD3AK细胞在体外培养过程中的表型特征，采用间接免疫荧光法动态观察CD3AK细胞和LAK细胞的CD₃^＋，CD₄^＋，CD₈^＋细胞率。结果表明：①培养第1周，CD3AK细胞的CD₃^＋，CD₄^＋，CD₈^＋细胞率分别为61．36％，54．23％和52．96％，显著高于LAK细胞组（P＜0．01）；③培养第2，3周，CD3AK细胞的CD₃^＋，CD₄^＋和CD₈^＋细胞率高于LAK细胞，但无统计学差异（P＞0．05）；③随着培养时间延长，CD3AK细胞CD₃^＋，CD₄^＋，CD₈^＋细胞率均不同程度下降，尤以CD₃^＋细胞率下降最快，而LAK细胞在培养第2周，CD₃^＋，CD₄^＋，CD₈^＋细胞率均有所升高，但第3周时又开始下降；④CD3AK细胞的CD₃^＋，CD₄^＋和CD₈^＋细胞率在培养第1周最高，而LAK细胞在培养第2周最高。提示：CD3MAb和IL－2激活CD3AK细胞和LAK细胞的途径不同，致使CD3AK细胞和LAK细胞向不同的表型特征分化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to compare the phenotype changes of CD3AN cells and LAK cells in vitro, the positvie rates of CD3, CD4 and CD8 of CD3AK cells, and LAK cells from patients with gynecological tumors were observed using indirect influeoscence method. The results showed that: ①at the first week, the positivce rates of CD3, CD4 and CD8 of CD3AK cells were 61. 36%, 54. 23% and 52. 96%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of LAK cells (P < 0. 01 ); ②at the second and the third week, the positive rates of CD3, CD4 and CD8 of CD3AK cells were still higher than those of LAK cells, but there was no significant difference (P > 0. 05); ③the positive rates of CD3, CD4 and CD8 decreased gradually in CD3AK cells with longer cultured time,, but increased at the second week and then decreased at the third week in LAK cells. It indicated that the peaks of the positive rates of CD3, CD4 and CD8 were at the first week in CD3AK cell, and at the 2nd week in LAK cells. It can be concluded that CD3WAb and IL-2 activate CD3AK cells and LAK cells in different way, and induce the CD3AK cells and LAK cells into different subsets.更多还原
