庆元铅锌矿铅锌分离的研究

【摘要】 对于含次生铜且铅锌嵌布粒度细、嵌镶关系复杂的难选铅锌矿的浮选分离,本研究采用原矿的磨矿细度75%~80%-0.074mm,优先浮铅抑锌,铅粗精矿再磨(90%-0.038mm)后多次精选的分离方案。在现场生产调试中获得较好的指标,为处理类似复杂难选的铅锌矿积累了一定的经验.

【Abstract】 The thesis sets forth the saparation of inert lead-Zine ore which contains reclaimed copper,of which lead-zine embed grading is fine and inlaying grading is complex.The test was done on the conditions as follows:mineral ore grinding grade is 75%~80% (-0.074mm);prior to lead and restraining xine,lead coast-concentrate regrinding grade is 90% (-0. 038mm) In practice,we get better indexes and have accumulated many experiences on dealing with the inert lead-Zine ore.
