【Abstract】 We adopt organic glue D5 to pretreat silica capillary and supermotion method to cover regular phase,so prepare large caliber silica capillary chromatograph columm with interjoint of strong polarity of XE60.It may separate aldehyde,ketone,alcohol,ester,arene,terpene and so on.Especially it can separate more diffcultly separate“substancepairs”which is efficient and fast etc.The analysis of acetic butyl ester is only three minutes.It is stable and longlife.更多还原
