【摘要】 柯氏艾美耳球虫（Ｅｉｍｅｒｉａｋｏｆｏｉｄｉ）的内生发育包括２代无性繁殖和１代有性繁殖，第１代裂殖生殖阶段的时间为感染后至４８ｈ，第２代裂殖生殖阶段的时间为感染后４８～８４ｈ，配子生殖阶段始于感染后７６ｈ感染后９０～１３８ｈ在肠绒毛中发现成熟的配子体，感染后９６ｈ在回肠肠腺中发现卵囊，至１３８ｈ仍可见最短孢子化时间为９～１２ｈ柯氏艾美耳球虫的宿主特异性强，不感染虎皮鹦鹉、八哥、鹌鹑和雏鸡更多还原

【Abstract】 The endogenous development of E.kofoidi was found to include two asexual stages and one sexual stage.The 1st and 2nd generation schizogonies were completed at 48 h and 84 h postinoculation(PI) respectively.The sexual development began at 76 h PI.The mature macro and micro gametocytes were observed from 90～138 h PI. The oocysts were seen in the base of the glands of the ilum at 96 h PI,up to 138 h PI.The prepatent period was 96 h,and the oocysts continued to be discharged for at least 62 d PI.The oocysts took 9～12 h for sporulation.The oocysts of E.kofoidi showed strict host specificity,could not infect Gallus domestica ,Coturnix coturnix,Melopsittacus undulatus and Acridotheres cristatellus.更多还原
