静态非流水型作业排序方法研究

【摘要】 本文分析了非流水型作业排序的特点,提出在单件小批生产条件下,以最小延期交货损失费、最小在制品占用成本和最大设备利用率为排序目标,采用新的优化规则及算法求近优排序结果.实例分析表明,非流水型作业排序具有实际意义的方案数远小于理论方案数,为n·m/RND/T问题求最优解提供了依据

【Abstract】 In this paper the peculiarities of the n·m /RND/ T(T _target) are analyzed. The new targets and the rule of operation sequence for the job and small batch production are proposed, they include the least expense in delivery delaying and the smallest cost in work_in_process occupying. The approximate optimized operation sequence is educed by using the new rules and arithmetic. The exprimental results show that the usable sequence schemes of the n·m /RND/ T are far less than the theoretic ones, which provide a basis for optimizing sequence result.
