【Abstract】 This paper studies boding features of the abnormal wire_rupture in WEDM process, and put forward a distinct judging index. On this basis, a Genetic_Backpropagation algorithm of neural network theory has been applied to predict the appearance of abnormal wire_rupture in WEDM process.
